Our baby figurines are produced using the lost wax method of casting wherein each piece begins as a wax model that is coated in a material that hardens into a ceramic shell into which the liquid metal is poured. When the metal cools the ceramic shell is broken away to release the sculpture. The ratio of wax models to finished pieces is 1:1, imparting an heirloom level of appreciation to these truly unique, custom birth gifts.
